TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION POLICY

All TMP Sports Management tournaments will be posted on the AES site www.advancedeventsystems.com and remain open until two weeks prior to the date of the event.  Teams must register for the tournaments using the AES site, and payment is due at time of registration.  Once you complete the tournament registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details. 



If a tournament has been filled, you can still register for the tournament to be added to the Wait List.  You’ll receive an email confirming this status, and payment is not required. If your team is accepted for the tournament, you’ll be notified again by email and payment will be due immediately.  An email will also be sent if your team has not been accepted into the tournament. 



TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY



The following refund policy will be followed for teams that may need to withdrawal from a tournament. 



1. A full refund will be given if a team withdrawals 30 days or more prior to the event date. 

2. A partial refund (50%) will be given if a team withdrawals 15- 29 days prior to the event date. 

3. No refunds will be given if a team withdrawals 14 days or less prior to the event date. 

4. Refund requests related to exceptional circumstances are at the discretion of the TMP Sports Management Director. 



If a tournament is canceled by TMP Sports Management due to circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be given, and the team notified by email immediately.
